Dialogismo e polifonia em Jean Rouch
Palavras-chave This article proposes a thought on Jean Rouch's cinema in the light of the most recent paradigms of ethnography, taking as a starting point the considerations of the historian of anthropology James Clifford (1998) on dialogism and polyphony. Through the analysis of "Jaguar" (1954-1967), a central film in Rouch's work, one can observe the possibilities of a device in which multiple cultural discourses are brought into relation – a device that allows the characters, together with the anthropologist-filmmaker, the diegetic construction of their sensitive worlds from operations of dissent (RANCIÈRE, 1996) and improvisation procedures.
