A difusão de informações e o fenômeno da “viralização” das notícias falsas nas redes sociais
Palavras-chave The social networks on the internet establish themselves as a mean of communication and interaction. Like every new media that emerges, it took ownership of pre-existing formats, but also caused changes on how people communicate and interact among themselves. In this article, we will discuss two aspects of those changes and the correlation between them: the news propagation and the way fake news become viral. To contribute to this article, aside from a theoretical study about the topic, an exclusive interview with the jornalist Edgard Matsuki, the creator of Boatos.org, was performed; as well as a research with social network users.
