A representação social da androginia na publicidade da moda
Palavras-chave In the androgyny myth, the first being was simultaneously male and female, reigning over nature and its creatures. Symbol of union, none of its male / female components overlapped each other. The present study proposes a complementary reflection on the challenge of discussing the social representation of androgyny in fashion advertising, once the process of perception - mainly of the image - is constantly updated and, with this, questions of truth and reality undergo changes. Reflecting an era, fashion expresses the social profile of a given time, evidencing society customs and trends.
